Someone can definitely create an NDA w/ chat but then they would have to connect it to some type of signature tool and they would have to do that every time. We have speed, legal accuracy, full tracking and traceability(when user signs, etc) and the ability to store all of our NDA's in one place. Also the ability to recall NDA templates for reuse. For $50/year compared to $450+ for a lawyer for each document it's really a no brainer. I have vetted this with actual lawyers who hate messing w/ NDA's and they have all said it's a no brainer and that they would even tell their own clients to use it.
