OS If I had to start over with $0 today:
1.Find a painful problem people are already paying to solve.
2.Talk to 30 potential customers before building anything.
3.Sell the solution before writing a single line of code.
4.Use the revenue to fund the MVP.
Most founders build first and search for customers later.
I'd rather find customers first and build only what's needed.
