Why your applicants are ghosting you (and how to fix it)
Every Candidate Deserves a Reply
Recruiters answer every applicant personally in seconds, instead of ghosting people because the writing takes all afternoon.
Forty applicants, one hire, thirty-nine people waiting. KeyText fills in each candidate's name with {{first_name}}, and you can ask the AI to make the reply warmer or add a personal note. Every candidate gets a real answer. Recruiters, how many replies do you owe today?
