I just gave a try against my domain obvelum.com - it shows:

"Missing SPF and DMARC (higher spoofing/phishing risk)"

I did verify with Fable that actually the records are valid and present.

Worth noting: my domain has three TXT records at the apex (two verification tokens plus SPF). If the scanner only looks at the first one, it might highlight a false positive; it should extract them all.
