I built Carnet because therapy prep is weirdly hard. You can write all week, feel like a lot happened, then sit down in session and forget what you meant to bring up.
Carnet is a private journal that turns your recent entries into a source-backed prep brief: notes, possible themes, recurring names, tone cues, and agenda ideas you control. It’s not an AI therapist. It’s just a way to bring your own words back into the room.
