This week I’m crawling out of the Builder’s Trap. Weeks of coding, integrating and refining my platform, HypaSites. Telling myself it wasn’t ready yet.
Truth is, it was ready. I just wasn’t.
Nobody warns you how personal it gets when you build something you’re genuinely proud of. Putting your name on it, shipping it publicly, opening yourself up to judgment.
But staying in the builder’s trap is not perfectionism. It’s just fear with a “productivity” mask on.
So this week I crawled out.
If you’re building something right now, I’d love to connect. The ones doing it in public are always more interesting than the ones waiting until it’s perfect.
