When using Claude Code, do you guys actually know what Claude is doing?

Asking because when I first started development in April, I knew most of what Claude was doing—it was just faster.

Now it's pushing to railway and managing GitHub in ways I didn't know were possible.

So do you actually know what your Claude is doing, or are you just along for the ride?
