What usually makes you trust a new SaaS enough to pay for it? A better demo, clearer pricing, privacy proof, testimonials, or more use cases?

Inputo is my first SaaS and I can't get it to take off. I've spent weeks improving the site, blog, comparison pages... but the traffic isn't coming. I have a free option but people don't even try it. SEO isn't kicking in yet and paid conversions are nowhere to be seen. Did anyone else struggle this hard to get those first visitors?
