What builds client loyalty? π€ ‡οΈ
β
Speaking the client's language
β
Understanding and communicating what your client truly desires
β
Making the client feel seen and understood
β
Delivering on your promises - consistently
β
Anticipating their needs before they even ask
β
Making every interaction feel effortless
β
Showing up the same way every time - no surprises
β
Treating them like a person, not a transaction
What doesn't build client loyalty?
β A brand that looks nothing like the experience you deliver
β Messaging that sounds like everyone else in your industry
β A visual identity that shifts depending on where you show up
β Talking about yourself instead of talking to your client
β A brand that attracts anyone - and therefore speaks to no one
Before you scroll - can you honestly tick every box above when you think about your own brand?

Jensen Huang says AI replacing humans is nonsense.
I'm not sure he's right.
Not because AI is smarter than humans. It isn't.
But because most companies don't need smarter humans. They need tasks done consistently, at scale, without the overhead of managing people.
That's not replacement. That's substitution. And for a lot of roles, the difference doesn't matter.
What do you think is Jensen right or is he protecting his customer base?

I believe there is going to be a shift - in the beginning we saw a big spike in Ai (I would say we are almost at the top) and then slowly a lot of people realising that there is human component that can't be replace.
So I would say: yes, it's replacing human but I don't believe that it will wipe humans out from business completely.
