A local-first AI Sovereign Shard, a fully loaded: runtime, server, llm, task-kit, air gapped, and private.

A localized, hardware-bound AI engine designed for private, high-performance orchestration directly from the metal.
Bluejgenesis. com
B.L.U.E.-J. is an AI coding mentor that teaches people to build their own AI clone while they learn to ship real software. Most coding education teaches syntax, not engineering, and it has no continuity—every session resets, so learners never build confidence in a real codebase. B.L.U.E.-J. fixes that with an IDE-based learning loop and a structured working memory that keeps ground-truth project state: decisions, code entities, and open issues, so the mentor scales from “hello world” to thousands of lines without losing the plot. We’re live with 89 users to date and 52 active in the last 7 days, and we monetise with a freemium plan plus Pro, Team, and University seats. We’re raising to convert this early usage into repeatable retention and paid growth.

V.I.C.
github.com/s4ndm4n33-spec/V.I.C.
shipped a new repo today. it's in infancy. but I'm excited for the prospect.
V.I.C. isn’t a documentation tool.
It’s a Historical Reconstruction Engine—a system designed to rebuild the actual story of a project from fragmented conversations, commits, and decisions after the fact.
Instead of asking developers to document their work, V.I.C. reconstructs:
what was built
why it was built
what was rejected
and how ideas evolved over time
It turns raw development history into a structured timeline of events, concepts, and evidence—complete with confidence scoring and lifecycle tracking.
The end goal is simple but sharp:
Feed it months of chaotic AI + engineering output… and get back a coherent, evidence-backed history of how the system became what it is.
Not notes. Not logs.
A forensic narrative of creation.
Just a demo space nothing special

I've been batting around this idea for a little while now. Welcome to Sovereign Shards.
