gig platforms live or die on the cold start, you need enough workers before businesses bother and vice versa. i'd pick one tiny niche and one city to start instead of going broad, way easier to get the liquidity flowing
Very good insight, I have a network effect view of it but to gain momentum the activity needs to be increased, unique niches to be covered, pain points to be addressed, till the virality point of its use case is reached. It's a long plan covered with lots of ifs and what ifs!
