ZA Engineering leader by day, indie dev by night. Process obsessive by necessity — 20+ years in high-stakes regulated software will do that.
Made Jr. and mediocre devs obsolete. The old-school hackers and "10x" (I hate myself for using that adjective) devs will level up. Also, never doubt the back-pressure from regulation, policy, and procedure.
