You drop in your training materials, create roles, invite employees, and Mentorra automatically organizes your messy content into structured, bitesized modules. It's also got an AI assistant that can help answer common trainee questions so trainers don't have to repeat themselves over and over again.

The hope is to make onboarding less of a headache for start-ups and small companies.
