Does anyone have any 2026 fitness goals? Almost half way through the year. Are you where you set out to be at the beginning of the year?

Definitely not. Turns out I have a serious consistency problem 😔 😁
6 months ago I never would have admitted this... throw a yoga mat down next to where you work. It's the cheat code to brain bottlenecks and being hunched in front of a screen for hours.
You don't even have to do real yoga. Lay on your back for a few min, do the child's pose (pic)
I used to get up and pace to clear brain blocks or release pent up energy. On YT you can find any duration (2-min yoga) to hours long yoga. 30-min a day at least 3x week has been a gamechanger
