Founder of Talvé — a professional platform for creatives where talent gets discovered by real brands and opportunities. No algorithms. No gatekeepers. Just your work speaking for itself.
A professional platform for creatives where talents get discovered by brands and opportunities.
Founders who've been here I need your honest advice
Okay so I'm genuinely frustrated right now and I need to hear from people who have actually been through this stage.
I'm building Talvé a professional platform for creative talent. Think LinkedIn but built exclusively for creatives. Musicians, models, photographers, producers, directors, all of them. The problem I'm solving is real. I see it every single day. I literally come across creatives who are facing the exact pain point Talvé was built to fix and I can't reach them properly.
That's the part that's killing me.
I try to post on Reddit and the bots take it down. I post on LinkedIn and Twitter and I'm facing the exact same problem my users face, you post something and get 10 impressions and you're basically talking to yourself. Building a following takes months and I don't have months to wait around hoping an algorithm decides to show my content to the right people.
I move from platform to platform every day trying to figure out where my people actually are and how to reach them and I feel like I'm spinning in circles.
So I want to ask the people who have been here before me.
How did you actually get your first real traction? Not the polished version. The real one. Which platforms worked for you at this stage? What did you do that actually moved the needle when nobody knew you existed yet? Did you go direct? Did you find communities? Did you do something completely unexpected?
Because right now I feel like I'm doing everything and reaching nobody and I could really use perspective from founders who have actually come out the other side of this stage.
What would you do if you were me right now?
Will try this out. Thank you 😊

Thank you so much for this really valuable feedback.
You're completely right. The Sign In going to a demo profile and Sign Up opening a waitlist is confusing and I need to fix that. It's currently a demo site showing what the platform will look like but the UX is sending mixed signals. Will be cleaning that up.
The primary pain point: creative professionals, musicians, models, photographers, producers, directors, have no dedicated professional platform to be discovered and booked by brands. LinkedIn is too corporate. Instagram is social not professional. So they're stuck cold emailing into silence while brands struggle to find the right talent outside of expensive agency pipelines. Talvé connects both sides directly.
For Reddit honestly it keeps getting taken down by bots which is a whole separate problem I'm trying to figure out 😅
Really appreciate you taking the time to look properly 🙏
A quick update on what we shipped today on Strivle.
Strivle is faster now. The feed, your messages, your rooms. They open faster.
Messaging got better. Typing indicators in DMs and rooms. Delete any message you send.
You can now add Strivr to your home screen straight from your browser. No App Store needed. It opens fullscreen and runs like a real app, on both iPhone and Android.
Reposts have a proper home in the feed now. And tapping Home brings you the newest posts.
Plus a long list of fixes you'll feel even if you don't see them.
This is just the start. More soon.
Well done 👍

Running into some technical difficulties, I'm going to have to push back the soft-launch of SpawnerHub until the issue is resolved.
Alright 👌
Here's what I'm building:
It's called Vibe Arena. The idea came from one simple observation: everyone vibe-codes now but nobody's made it competitive yet.
For anyone who doesn't know, vibe-coding is when you build something entirely by just talking to an AI. You describe what you want, it writes the code, you refine it, improve it, keep going until it looks good. No actual coding involved. Just you and your prompts.
So here's how Vibe Arena works. Two players get matched up, both put in $12.50, each pick their AI model, Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini or Grok, and receive the exact same build prompt at the same time. You then have 15 minutes inside the platform to chat with your AI and build the best product you can. Timer hits zero, everything locks, and an AI judge scores both builds on design, code quality and how well it fulfilled the brief. Winner takes $20.
That's it. No coding knowledge needed. Your only skill is how well you can prompt.
Currently building the platform and integrating the models. Waitlist is open if anyone's interested, would genuinely love to know if this is something you'd play
I've signed up already and I've sent the link to my friends. Wish you all the best ☺️

Does anyone have any 2026 fitness goals? Almost half way through the year. Are you where you set out to be at the beginning of the year?
Definitely not. Turns out I have a serious consistency problem 😔 😁
Stayed up until 8am shipping on Strivle.
Haven't even hit 24 hours yet and the traction has been insane. Founders pouring in, real posts, real conversations, DMs full of builders wanting in.
Huge things coming. This is just the start.
There's so much more to come. Keep going! Fighting 👊
Hey y'all 👋
I'm Debbie — solo founder building Talvé.
Think of it like LinkedIn for creative professionals. Musicians, models, photographers, producers, directors, dancers, actors — one platform where brands discover and book them directly. No agencies. No algorithms.
Pre-launch. No funding. Just a vision and the stubbornness to keep going.
Glad to be here 🙏
You said it perfectly. The industry generates billions and the people actually creating the work see a fraction of it. A big part of that is infrastructure — creatives have no professional platform that gives them real pricing power and direct access to opportunity. That's what Talvé is being built to change. Will definitely keep you posted 🙏😊

Thank you! This honestly the kind of energy that keeps me building. The creative world has been underserved for so long it's almost become normal. Talvé is my attempt to actually fix that rather than just talk about it 🙏

Talvé is currently in founding member phase — the platform is live as a waitlist at talve.netlify.app. We're collecting our first 500 founding members before we build the full working platform. Realistically the full platform launches within the next few months depending on how quickly we hit that milestone.
