Formation & Educator for AI Native Companies.

The trust layer the internet has been waiting for
This week's build: making the formation flow fit the first-time founder, not the person who has already done it three times. Same lesson every test: generating the documents was never the hard part. Knowing what comes next, and when, is. That is the job Houston does. It walks you through the timeline and flags what is coming before it sneaks up on you.
Ship note: the thing I keep coming back to is that most tools wait for you to know what to ask. A first-timer does not know what to ask yet, and that is the whole problem. So we are building it the other way around. It watches where you are in the build and tells you what is coming before you trip over it. Less search box, more someone in the passenger seat who has driven the road. Shipped another piece of that this week.
Spent this week writing for the person who has never done this before, not the one who already raised a round. The first-timer does not start on a pitch stage. They start in a search bar at midnight, typing the most basic version of the question, half sure it is a dumb one. So that is who I am writing for: plain answers that meet beginners where they actually look, no jargon wall, no assumed knowledge. A few more ship this week.
Something I keep hitting while building: the question a first-timer types into Google and the thing they actually need are rarely the same. Someone searches "LLC or C-corp" when the real question underneath is "will this choice block me from raising money later." So I've been writing to the question behind the question, not the keyword. Harder to do. It's also the difference between a page that ranks and a page that helps. More of these shipping this week.
Spent today narrowing who I'm actually writing for. I'd been writing for "technical founders," which sounds right and means nothing. The real reader is someone doing this for the first time who doesn't know which questions to ask yet. So I rewrote the next few pieces around the question a beginner would actually type, not the one an expert would. Smaller audience, sharper writing. Now I let the searches tell me if I called it right.
Let's help make this the social site for US! Keep it coming fellow builders!
Any features/updates you'd like to see on Strivle?
Thousands of FREE dollars from AWS, Open AI, Anthropic, and so many more, BUT YOU MUST BE A FORMED C-CORP.
I am actively looking for Beta customers to test TokenTempo the formation/education company I have been working on for months.
Don't make the mistakes I did! Form and get access to these credits, but you cannot if you do not have an EIN! DM if you are ready to form your company and access these resources NOW!

WE JUST HIT 1,000 USERS 🎉
8 days ago this didn't exist
Today there are 1,000 founders on Strivle.
This is honestly CRAZY. I built this last weekend because I was bored, fully expecting nothing to come from it, and now there are 1,000 of you here building, posting, helping each other, telling your friends about it. Watching this community come together has been one of the best weeks of my life.
To every single one of you posting your progress, dropping feedback in my DMs, sharing the platform without me asking, defending it in Reddit comments, just being here, thank you. This is your community as much as it's mine and I mean that. None of this happens without you.
Here's where we're going from here.
The next few weeks are going to be massive. Mobile app dropping on the App Store soon so you can post from anywhere. Public profile pages so your work shows up on Google when people search you. More verification integrations beyond Stripe so pre-revenue founders, mobile founders, and people using other payment processors can all be seen for what they ship. Bookmarks, better DMs, smarter notifications. A real Signal score so the ranking reflects more than just MRR.
We've got TinyLaunch live right now and Product Hunt right after, going for #1 of the day. If we hit it, this thing goes to a whole different level.
But the part I'm most excited about isn't the features or the milestones. It's that we're building the place builders should've had a long time ago. Somewhere your work gets seen on merit. Somewhere the loudest voice doesn't win. Somewhere being early actually matters because the network you build here will compound for years.
You're early. You'll always have been early. The first 1,000 on a platform like this become the names everyone references later.
Let's keep going. Next stop, 10,000.
Second long-form live. The Credits Tax: AWS, OpenAI, Stripe, Google Cloud all gate $20K-$200K in free startup credits behind incorporation. Pre-formation founders bleed personal cash for tools their post-formation peers get free. The math nobody runs.
Just curious to hear from my fellow founders. Does everyone else see the future of startups being more concentrated to those 1-3 man teams? AI has unlocked my ADHD brain in a way I thought I would never know in my lifetime (im late 30s). Now its build and allow the slow process of traction to begin, but AI ensures I am still in it everyday while building the next. The old timers say focus on a company and its wedge, but I think its a numbers and marketing game now since anyone can build. Thoughts?
@sebastian Decided to share. You have done an important thing to bring us small timers all together, felt I should help shouting at the void.
Since I'm building a formation platform for AI-native founders, I'm dumping the research and tactical breakdowns I do for TokenTempo here. If it helps another founder avoid the wrong call, even better.
Two long-forms live:
LLC vs C-Corp: the decision tree that actually works for technical founders. Two questions to answer first, when each entity is right, the 5-year cost of choosing wrong, the 83(b) clock that costs founders six figures at exit if they miss it. tokentempo.co/posts/llc-vs-c-corp
The Credits Tax: why AWS, OpenAI, Stripe, and Google Cloud all gate free startup credits behind incorporation. Pre-formation founders pay personal cash for what their post-formation peers get free. The math is structural. tokentempo.co/posts/credits-tax
More coming. The next 8 posts in this cluster ship over the next 5 weeks.
Hoping that yall are my audience! This is amazing as I am actively building an AI navigator formation/education navigator. Never make a critical mistake 3 years before you knew it was a mistake anymore! Launching this week! Tokentempo.co 🤩
