Vibe coding is like farmville for builders.

Realtime Lead scoring that shows you exactly why each lead scored the way it did.

Agile-based Solo Task Management app
It's finally live - Zoro. getzoro.app
Zoro is a task management app for Solo builders, Solopreneurs, and Founders.
AI has given us the ability to output what a 10 person team used to - It's time to manage tasks like one too (without all the overkill team based and ceremonial features)
The absolute best part about it, the architecture. Zoro is native SwiftUI with no backend of mine. Every user's data lives in their own iCloud through CloudKit, so I store nothing, run no servers, and have no database to scale or pay for. Apple handles sync, auth, and storage. My infra cost per user is basically zero, which is what makes it sustainable to run solo without a cloud bill that grows with every signup.
I don't get Loops in Claude Code...I'm sorry i just don't see the point if there's /goal and if i can just turn on ultracode and run a gan-inspired workflow...Anyone else feeling left behind on the /loop train?
Had my phone stolen at a nightclub over the weekend. For anyone reading this, create a security plan, not later, but now.
Thankfully all my accounts are safe, but i spent at least 20 hours the last 3 days recovering my accounts because they reset all my gmail account passwords.
Long story short, this mishap set me back several days with kenbun. All distribution was paused because my linkedin mfa wasn't backed up and it took me several days to get my kenbun google account back.
I was super lucky, but if i had a plan and set better security, like a physical yubikey, I could've prevented a lot of the lost time.
Anyway, designing a security plan is super easy with Claude nowadays, there's no excuse for anybody, including myself, to not build themselves an emergency plan.
I'm still heads down on marketing + distribution for kenbun. 9-5 job got in the way hard this week because i was offered a capstone opportunity and it ended up sucking up 20-40 hours extra a week (even with Claude!)
Anyway, if you have a 9-5, make sure you prioritize that. It's my goal to get kenbun to be a serious player in the GTM/Marketing Ops space (i'm confident it will be) but it's important i'm able to do it from a position of leverage and not financial pressure.
Good thing i used Fable to build those n8n workflows end-to-end and document them! 😅
Here's the last one i built, which scrapes job postings for people who'd work under my ICPs in industries i'm targeting, finds the team leader, and writes an opener for them
IT'S ALIVE!
My first n8n workflow + subflow. High level process is...
1. Retrieve Linkedin post/profile/company via Unipile
2. Score the lead's profile/account/engagement through kenbun, discard if low scores
3. Pass to claude to write an opener based on the signal, or discard if not a good signal
4. Send Slack Approval message which gives me all the info and final go/no-go
5. If approved, enrich lead via LeadMagic, update kenbun profile and inject into SmartLead campaign with custom opener
Here's the diagram if you want to melt your brain on the details 🫠
Best use of Fable so far? Designing and building n8n workflows. This whole workflow was built by fable, it also researched the api request and responses for integrations. I touched nothing (barely).
I'm so excited to cold email people based on high-intent linkedin posts.
With the power of fable I was able to add closed loop sales disposition feedback system across UI, API and Slack!
Now Sales team members can actually provide feedback to marketing teams on lead scoring performance and marketers can directly use that feedback to life scores! Hubspot, 6Sense, Salesforce are NOT doing this today 😃
let's gooooo 🚀

I've been trying out cold email lately, but obviously response rates haven't been great - about 1% out of 300 leads have responded and mostly automated replies or polite brush offs.
What if you could add a touch of personalization based on LinkedIn activity? That's what i'm working on now... In the process of setting up an n8n flow to grab a LinkedIn watchlist from OutX, and then actually put it through kenbun's lead scoring engine to output profile/account score and based on that, enrich their profile with email, customize a message via claude and inject them into SmartLead campaign with the customized opener.
Stay tuned for more! I'm heads down in a rabbit hole 🐰
How it looks in the app btw - Added nodes + tooltips for not only triggers that happen on the Lead, but events too. Now end users can drill into a score change and see what happened in that time frame
If you're not using Claude Design to redesign pages/components in your app, I don't know what you're doing...
I'm am consistently impressed by just how good it is.

r/founders: Building something? Drop your URL NOW and I'll tell you what's wrong with your site
r/micro_saas: Drop your SaaS 👇 I want to see what you're building!
r/saasbuild: Share what you're building I want to know NOW!

If i could go back in time, i'd probably tell myself to focus on SEO first because man this takes a long time to work, but it starts to compound slowly but surely...
Still very excited about that 1 click 🫠
I'm trying out cold email for the first time and excited about the automation possibilities.
I got my first reply today, "Wow. Only after 2 days, that was fast!"
Reply: "The employee you contacted no longer works here"
Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu- 🫠
One of the most frustrating things about building a B2B SaaS is promoting/marketing it....which is ironic since I literally do MarTech consulting for a living.
But the main issue i have is I can't use my public profile to share my work on LinkedIn, and I feel like it's really limiting my reach. Therefore if any of you guys see this, I'm kindly asking you to please give kenbun a follow on LinkedIn (linkedin.com/company/kenbun-io/)
This will really help boost my page for the algo and finally get over the promotional slump i've been in. Please and thank you 🙇♂️
The company i work for full time gave us Claude Code access with no limits + Opus 4.8
They should not have done that. More time to build while CC puts together client documentation, debugs, and digests meeting transcripts. 😂🙃🫠
It's going to be damn near a year since I started building kenbun. I haven't made a single cent off it yet, but I couldn't be more proud of what's been built, or more excited by what's to come. I know this will be the next big thing in B2B SaaS.
I've spent a decade consulting for marketing operations teams, mainly helping them to automate email and web personalization. One thing that astounded me was just how there was not a platform dedicated to lead scoring. Sure, Salesforce, Hubspot, 6Sense, etc. they "do" lead scoring, but it's not their bread and butter (not even close.), and i'd argue it's not anywhere near good either. If you want to argue that it's good, then my final counter to it would be, good luck paying 5-6 figures to get 'good'.
I can go into so much more in my experience with these martech products, me and my clients' frustrations with them, but instead i've channeled them into kenbun. It all comes down to one thing...The main guiding principle that's gone into it - Make lead scoring explainable. Because the secret, Sales and Marketing do not want some black-box-super-secret-proprietary-algo-predictive lead scoring, nobody does.
