I don't get Loops in Claude Code...I'm sorry i just don't see the point if there's /goal and if i can just turn on ultracode and run a gan-inspired workflow...Anyone else feeling left behind on the /loop train?
I can see the point of /loop if i was monitoring PRs or was managing a team or people, but as a solo founder specifically i'm lost.

Imagine you have no token limit. How would you orchestrate CC?
With all the hype of fable 5 I have the FOMO that I’m not utilising my tooling fully.
What I do:
- many custom skills
- memory management
- fan outs
- some parallel sessions
But I never burn absurd amounts of tokens and neither are my sessions running more than 15 minutes on average. I tried opus as well as the higher reasoning efforts. I found it a waste of time and tokens.
Maybe my scoping of tasks is too narrow? Whenever I tried giving it bigger and more ambiguous tasks it was lazy or took wrong directions.
Good question...a bit of both. Mostly because it's full stack.
However, I love telling CC to run a GAN loop to produce a feature which basically consists of having it go through adversarial loops (i.e. review + challenge + rework design). And that significantly lengthens the process.

My first n8n workflow + subflow. High level process is...
1. Retrieve Linkedin post/profile/company via Unipile
2. Score the lead's profile/account/engagement through kenbun, discard if low scores
3. Pass to claude to write an opener based on the signal, or discard if not a good signal
4. Send Slack Approval message which gives me all the info and final go/no-go
5. If approved, enrich lead via LeadMagic, update kenbun profile and inject into SmartLead campaign with custom opener

FYI i used Fable for the build and was able to get it done in about 2 days. It was still a good 10-15 hours of back-and-forth + testing

just shipped the 3d precision lab and it feels extra meaningful today. an astrologer doing a museum presentation on shifting perspectives of the andromeda constellation responded saying she needed better solar system software for mac that actually worked for serious fixed star and perspective work. we basically built this for people like her.
you can rotate zoom and scrub through centuries in full 3d while the precision lab underneath runs swiss ephemeris sub arcsecond calculations in real time. fixed stars, parans, multiple reference frames, toggleable aspect lines rendered in 3d space, the whole thing. feels like the tool we always wished existed when we were deep in the work.

I recommend buying the domains from cloudflare, and inboxes from litemail. I believe that was the most cost effective config.

Honestly, i'm on the $200/mo max plan and finding it pretty difficult to hit my weekly limit, even with Ultracode now 😅
I think Claude has been giving away tokens in a bid to keep people from going to ChatGPT recently. Or, maybe my Claude-mem plugin is actually saving my token usage substantially by cacheing memory? Either way, you should check out claude-mem and ask Claude to configure it for you. It at least helps Claude keep context throughout new sessions.
