AI economy, we don't even sell to humans anymore
Inputo is my first SaaS and I can't get it to take off. I've spent weeks improving the site, blog, comparison pages... but the traffic isn't coming. I have a free option but people don't even try it. SEO isn't kicking in yet and paid conversions are nowhere to be seen. Did anyone else struggle this hard to get those first visitors?

target audience is unrefined. who really needs your data processing service?😉

Last night I burned $600 on a dumb one-line bug.
I was tweaking and updating my system late at night. Tired, not paying the attention I should have, and that's exactly where it went wrong: I took down my own service and impacted my clients.
The worst part wasn't the money. It was knowing the mistake was completely avoidable, and that there were people on the other side counting on my system being up.
Two lessons the hard way: never push to production late and tired, and always have a fast way to roll back when something breaks.
I want to hear from you: who's taken down their own service with a silly mistake? How did you handle it in the moment, and what did you change so it wouldn't happen again?

I'm curious - I'm creating a startup business that will be hosted on AWS. Without spending a ridiculous amount of money on infrastructure at first - how have you built your businesses to scale in the cloud, and what did you use to start?

Depends on your deployment and development strategy. But, generally I would stay away from AWS unless you want to be locked into their service and pricing cycles from day 1.

Teams/Founders working with complex agent workflows: What is the strongest pain you are dealing with when developing agents? For me it is evals across lots of steps.

Agent Identity is did:key. so each agent has a public, private key that they can use to sign didcommv2 messages. look into decentralized ID and DIDComm - this is the only way i have found to secure comms across and regulate agent identity in a distributed network.
