The secret to using AI without losing your mind
MIT put EEG headsets on fifty-four people and scanned their brains while they wrote essays.
Three groups: no tools, search engine, ChatGPT. The ChatGPT group showed the weakest brain connectivity of all three. But here's the part that actually got me.
