The Only Chrome Extension You Need For Productivity
The whole repetitive day covered for $0 — steal-able setup list.
15 Free Snippets. Here's How I'd Spend Every One.
Your Whole Inbox, Covered For $0.
The Free Setup That Answers 80% Of Your Email.
KeyText's free tier: 15 snippets, 3 folders, 50 AI actions a month, no card. Here's the exact 15 I'd build first — intro, follow-up, thanks, invoice, calendar link, the polite decline, link, signature, address, your three most-repeated FAQs, then the AI trio: /es to translate, /one-line to shorten, /vp-tone to stay calm. That's most of your repetitive day, covered for zero dollars.
Which of the 15 would you build first?

Save hours of typing with this one trick
One library that follows your cursor — no per-app rebuilding.
Write It Once. Own It Everywhere. Your Templates Are Trapped In One App. One Shortcut. Every Tab.
Gmail has canned responses. LinkedIn has saved templates. Slack has… nothing useful. So you keep ten copies of the same reply scattered across apps that don't talk to each other. KeyText is one library that follows your cursor: the same /intro fires in Gmail, LinkedIn, Slack, Outlook, Notion, HubSpot — 99+ more. Write your best reply once. It's everywhere you type, forever.

The secret to using AI without losing your mind
MIT put EEG headsets on fifty-four people and scanned their brains while they wrote essays.
Three groups: no tools, search engine, ChatGPT. The ChatGPT group showed the weakest brain connectivity of all three. But here's the part that actually got me. Minutes after finishing, most of them couldn't quote one line from their own essay. They shipped words their brain never owned. That's what I call no-rep work: the output exists, the learning doesn't. There's a way to use AI that avoids this completely — it's pinned on my channel.
Your essay, their words. The MIT ChatGPT study nobody finished reading. System pinned on the channel.

How to make your AI remember every conversation
Zero re-explaining context — the assistant already read the thread
Stop Briefing Your AI. My AI Already Read The Thread. The Copy-Paste-To-ChatGPT Loop, Killed.
Copy the thread. Open the tab. Paste. Explain who's who. Explain the tone. Copy the answer back. Fix the formatting. Every. Single. Reply. KeyText's assistant lives inside the text field and remembers the conversation — so refining a draft takes one line: "shorter, and mention I'm traveling next week." No tab. No paste. No re-briefing your own inbox.

Be honest — how many ChatGPT tabs do you have open right now?

Why you're learning AI wrong?
I made AI refuse to answer me. On purpose. Best prompt I've written all year. Watch. I ask it something I'm trying to learn — and instead of answering, it interrogates me. Hints only. No answer until I commit to mine. Why would anyone want this? A randomized trial, a thousand students: regular ChatGPT made final exams seventeen percent worse. This exact configuration — tutor mode — boosted practice one hundred twenty-seven percent, with zero crash after. Same AI. One setting. The prompt is number one of ten in a free pack — link in bio, takes one email.
Answer mode: −17%. Coach mode: +127%. Same model. Prompt #1 of 10, free in bio.

Money and replies recovered from silent threads
Titles (pick 1)
That Invoice Isn't Late. Your Follow-Up Is. ← recommended (reframe + money)
Deals Don't Die From "No." They Die From Silence.
The 2-Second Email That Gets You Paid
Most deals and invoices don't die from a "no" — they die from silence. And you stay silent because writing a chase email feels heavy. /followup makes it weightless: two seconds, name tabs in, sent. The polite nudge that's been sitting in your head for nine days, out before your coffee cools.

How to say no without the drama ?
Say the hard thing without the damage.
Don't Send That. The Email You'll Regret By Lunch. Angry Draft In. Professional Email Out.
You typed it angry. You're right — but that email follows you. KeyText rewrites it in place: select the draft, hit /vp-tone, and AI returns the same points with the same firmness and zero shrapnel. You still said no. You just said it like the calmest person in the room.

Never send a broken template again
You Just Called Michael "Jessica."
The Copy-Paste Mistake Everyone Makes Once
Why My Templates Fill In Their Own Blanks
You copy-pasted the template. You hunted for the blanks. You missed one. In KeyText, blanks can't be missed — type /intro, every {{variable}} lights up orange, and Tab walks you through each one before you send.

One shortcut, every text box #productivityhack #automation
Your repeated typing is not just in email. It is in your CRM notes, your support replies, your LinkedIn messages, your ticket updates, your forms. Learning a different snippet system for each tool is why most people never bother. KeyText works in the text boxes you already type in across Chrome, so one library of shortcuts follows you everywhere instead of living inside one app. Free on Chrome. The end of RTL text glitches #KeyText #WorkSmarter
If you work across Arabic and English you know the routine: switch layout, paste, watch the punctuation jump to the wrong side, fix it, switch back. Most shortcut tools were never built for right-to-left text, so they make it worse. KeyText handles both directions, so your Arabic replies expand as cleanly as your English ones. Same triggers, same speed, no layout wrestling. Free on Chrome. [verify: confirm exact RTL behaviour and wording against the live product before publishing]

Every productivity tool promises you hours. KeyText is the one that counts them.
Every time a snippet fires, KeyText logs the time you didn't spend typing — and shows you the weekly and monthly total, plus which shortcuts are actually earning it.
2.3 hours this week. 9.1 this month. That's 109 hours a year — almost three working weeks — from the same job, the same inbox, and the same standards. Just without the retyping.
Free on Chrome: 15 snippets, 3 folders, every integration, 50 AI actions/month. Pro $5/mo for unlimited snippets and 2,500 AI actions. Team $4/seat/mo with shared libraries.
Install it today, then check your number on Friday — and post it below. I want to see who wins week one.

Your AI prompt is too long. This fixes it.
Your AI prompt ends up 200 words long. You won't retype it at 6pm — so you'll
quit using it inside a week.
Put it behind a trigger. Two keystrokes.
Hi {FIRST_NAME}" is why nobody replied.
KeyText snippets take smart variables — {{first_name}}, {{company}}, {{today}}, {{tomorrow}} — so one template writes two hundred genuinely personal messages. Type /intro, hit Enter, and the blanks fill themselves. Tab between anything left over.
Works in Gmail, LinkedIn, Slack, Outlook, HubSpot, Notion, and every text field on the web.
Free on Chrome — 15 snippets, 3 folders, every integration, 50 AI actions/month.

You've written the same reply 400 times. Forty-five seconds each. Thirty times a week. That's 19 hours a year — on one message.
KeyText turns it into three keystrokes. Type /thx in Gmail, LinkedIn, Slack, Outlook, or any text field on the web, hit Enter, and the full message drops in. Two seconds instead of forty-five.

I was running 4 apps to send the same emails every day.
A notes app for snippets. A Google Doc of templates. A clipboard manager. A ChatGPT tab for anything new.
Four tools. One boring job: replying to messages I'd already written a hundred times.
Last month I deleted the whole stack. Now it's one shortcut key — I type a few letters and the full message appears. Something new? AI drafts it right there. About 3 hours a week back.
New video breaks down the exact setup and how to rebuild it in an afternoon.

Why you're getting dumber using AI
Doctors got twenty percent worse at finding cancer. And AI did that. 1,443 patients. Experienced doctors. Three months with an AI assistant — and their solo detection rate fell from 28.4 to 22.4 percent. Published in The Lancet. They didn't get lazy. Their attention quietly outsourced itself. And a version of this is happening to you every time you hand AI one hundred percent of the thinking. Four studies found the pattern. The same research found the fix. Full breakdown on the channel.
The Lancet documented AI de-skilling in doctors. 3 months is all it took. Fix is on the channel.
